A combination of Glucosamine HCl*, Creatine Monohydrate*, Perna Canaliculus* and minerals in a palatable chewable tablet.

RECOMMENDED AMOUNTS:
Directions for Use
Initial Administration (4 to 6 week period)
5 to 10 lb - 1/2 tablet daily
10 to 15 lb - 1 tablet daily
15 to 30 lb - 2 tablets daily
Maintenance Administration
5 to 10 lb - 1/2 tablet every other day
10 to 15 lb - 1/2 tablet daily or 1 tablet every other day
15 to 30 lb - 1 tablet daily
NOTE: Chewable tablet may be administered as a treat, or crumbled and mixed with food.
STORAGE: Store at room temperature.
