The removable Smart-Comfort Pad has a nylon side and a soft fleece side which can be reversed and adds extra comfort. The Monaco Pet Stroller has all-wheel suspension along with a front convertible wheel that swivels on smooth surfaces and can be locked for rough surfaces.
