Unique four-ingredient formulations to support liver function and health.

S-Adrenosylmethionine (SAMe)

Comparable to Denosyl

  • Supports intracellular production of many potent antioxidants, including glutathione (GSH).
  • As the body’s major methyl donor, SAMe is involved in many important. biochemical reactions in the liver including detoxification.
  • Important for maintaining normal membrane function in liver cells.
  • Has lipotropic activity, which aids in the metabolism of fats from the liver (a fatty liver is one of the leading contributors in impaired liver function).

L-Glutathione (GSH)

  • Acts as an intracellular detoxifying agent, and is necessary for detoxification of drugs and toxins in the liver. As the body’s master antioxidant, GSH:
    - Quenches oxygen free radicals to reduce oxidative damage.
    - Scavenges free radicals.
    - Inhibits lipid peroxidation and liver cell damage.
    - Helps to maintain proper cell function.
  • Supports immune modulation.

Superoxide dismutase (SOD)

  • Acts as an antioxidant that protects cells by neutralizing superoxide free radicals.
  • Present in essentially every cell in the body.
  • Also involved in the chemical reactions within cells such as energy production and detoxification.

  • A potent catalyst that breaks down hydrogen peroxide (a metabolic waste product) and frees the oxygen from that compound for use by the body.
  • Also involved in the chemical reactions within cells such as energy production and detoxification.

Why all four ingredients are important for healthy liver function?
When the liver is stressed or injured, SAMe production decreases, resulting in low GSH
levels, which can further decrease normal liver function. SAMe supplementation
supports metabolic activity and proper liver function.

GSH depletion has been linked to a compromised immune system, as well as use of
certain medication. As intracellular GSH decreases, so does cell function.
Supplementing with GSH supports liver cell function and repair.

As animals age, SOD and Catalase levels cannot be efficiently raised in the face of
challenges or injury. This delays liver cell recovery and reduces antioxidant levels,
which results in prolonged liver damage due to increased free radical levels.

Inactive Ingredients: crospovidone, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline
cellulose, silicon dioxide, and stearic acid. Enteric coating ingredients include:
glycerol triacetate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate, red #40, titanium
dioxide, yellow #10.

If giving more than one tablet per day, divide dose between AM and PM. For best
results, give on an empty stomach one hour prior to feeding.

Available in convenient 30 count blister packs. Tablets have enteric coating to allow the
ingredients to bypass the stomach and deliver the nutrients intact, to the small
intestine, where they are effectively absorbed and utilized

Do not remove tablets from blister pack until used. Store in a cool, dry place.
Do not refrigerate.
