This is a convenient, fully enclosed base chamber. The recessed design effectively collects liquid pet waste where it can be treated, neutralized, and stored safely until emptied. The easy drain valve system allows you to simply tilt the base unit to drain, controlling flow with adjustable valve - no more spillable trays and stinky messes!
